C. The Platform is owned by (RAKTIM SINGHA), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at (Flat No. 12 3 C Block Pushti, Deeshari Megacity, 116 Dwarir Rd, Rajpur Sonarpur, Kolkata – 700151 ) (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or loss of other economic interests, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, arising from the use of or inabilityto use the Services, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by You for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) whichever is less

XII. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

XIV. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation is allowed on any Styling plan once the booking amount has been paid.

No refund will be issued in terms of Short terms like Single Shopping/Styling sessions and The Pit Stop.

Refund is only Applicable for the Long term Plans (The Novice, Intermediate and Sartorialist) when raised within 6 months of the booking date and after going through with the extra supplementary sessions. Refund policy is completely satisfaction based.

Refund will be credited to your bank within 7 to 10 days in such a case.
